If your business is ran only thinking of you the owner in mind, you will only ever have at best a a J-O-B. It is my belief that if you begin with the viewpoint of leadership as a chance to serve and develop others. It is when you help them achieve the things that they want, you'll find that along that journey your needs will be taken care of as welll

Great story just goes to show you never assume, also stick to what you do and sometimes customers don't like what other places do they will be back because your way spoiled them with great service. Thanks for sharing.
